United States Federal Census for Pike County Illinois

There are many ways, online and offline, to obtain access to the federal census. The only difference will be the format (microfilm, book or CD) and cost. Images of the federal census can be found online at Ancestry.com ($) or Heritage Quest. Check with your local library to see if they subscribe to Ancestry.com and/or Heritage Quest and if so, how you can access their database. Finally, books (if published for the year and location you need) or microfilm can usually be ordered through your local library if it participates in inter-library loan. Other places to check include your state archives, local historical society, local library, etc.
